- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing necessary financial data and analysis.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and control inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of stock levels.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Provide support to other departments, answering financial inquiries and assisting with financial analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
